The cover for the next section in the Marks of the Past series. The cover has been up on Patreon since early April.
The next part is almost ready and will likely be up on Patreon by the beginning of May.
I was close to name this new part "Path of a Rogue", but in the end settled for "Path of Blood" instead. Both titles would have made sens to the story in different ways. But nah, decided to go with PoB.
Either way, this story section will follow Vizuri and what became of her after she left the pride lands. After growing up in the pride lands, the change from her previous life was likely more drastic than Vizuri could ever have imagine. And soon realize that she will have to let go of some old habits and morals in order to survive in the unforgiving world outside of the pride lands.

I have a feeling that she might be tracked down by a group of unwanted rogues or other predators outside of the pride lands. I assume because of the paw prints and blood.

Path of Blood!? Oh boy, I hope Vizuri won't turn into what Zira and Scar had become. While she will be faced with making some bloody choices (thanks to your pic of the blood) and some regrets, I hope Vizuri won't go completely heartless and create a Pride of lionesses like her so she can find peace, and maybe Askari finds her and stays with her.
Now it makes me wonder, will Aina and Vizuri bump into eachother in this? And if she becomes this vicious, Amani will feel MORE guilt for letting her go without telling their parents as he'll think he made Vizuri into a monster.
I can't wait to see this!

I wasn't even aware of AU or spinoff Lion King stuff outside of TLG until I found you on Pinterest a few days ago. Ive been liking all the neat stories and ideas ive seen so far and makes me wish I didnt have this splint so I could draw some ideas of my own.
But either way I am definitely looking forward to seeing the continuation of this story.
