Maybe you can make the skirt's design more detailed?
'cos the hair is so detailed, and the rest of the picture is so "clean", it feels kind of unbalanced. And the colour is also... odd. It looks funny with the orange of the cat.
I think the picture will look nicer without the border too, since it's brighter than the picture itself!

ahaha.. her name just popped up. at first she was called button. and the cat was called schallaschen. but i didnt know what to colour the button.. so i plonked a red star there instead -___-" and she got the cat's name instead-__-.
