Arsinoe is a reserved and private doe who is entirely uninterested in letting others into her life and her thoughts unless they prove themselves worthy. She's spent too long fighting her herd's system to allow people to see her inner self and potentially sense weakness.

From the beginning, Arsinoe was different to those around her, instead of being the meek little Silverthorne that her parents expected, she entered the wold with a hardened heart and an ambition surpass expectations and become an admired part of the herd. She's adventurous and rebellious, unwilling to succumb to the boring homely life she was told was destined to her. Needing no one else, she often strikes out on her own, reaching an independence that others disapproved of.

Arsinoe can also be sneaky and spiteful, developing from a deeply inbuilt pride that only grew stronger the more people tried to tear it down. She doesn't tolerate disrespect and has no problems holding a grudge then acting on that grudge if she feels she's been disrespected enough. Her life has taught her to be tough both physically and mentally.

Appearance:
Her coat is a deep burgundy colour, contrasting sharply with the light flaxen markings concentrated more on the underside of her body. Her mane and tail resemble the fire she controls, but despite all this, her dark colour means she'll never meet any standard of beauty among the Silverthorne herd.

History:
She was born to a proud Silverthorne family who were eager to have a third fawn after the success of their first two strong and high achieving sons. The second, however, that the two parents saw their new daughter's dark fur, pride turned to bitterness. So Arisnoe was born into disapproval and it was almost immediately that her heart began to harden, desperately trying to protect herself from the pain of it.

As she grew, her family repeatedly tried to mould her into the perfect Silverthorne doe, but the more they tried, the more the filly rebelled. Arisnoe would do anything to defy what she was supposed to be. Instead of being meek and mild, she became fiery, often getting into fights with the other young colts, and winning. Instead of been sweet and kind, she became bitter and found an interest in the macabre, bringing home skulls and bones that disgusted the gods. Instead of following the rules and stepping into line, Arisnoe would find her own adventures.

The resentment grew on both sides and Arisnoe began to spend more and more time away from the herd, preferring to spend time on her own where she needed no one's approval.
That was the day she met Cole, a large Blackwood stag who'd roamed into Silverthorne territory. Arisnoe knew that what she should have done was turn him in, but her resentment had grown for her herd and instead, she allowed it. She was further surprised by how he treated her, as if she were beautiful, not ugly, as if she was valuable, not worthless. At first she didn't trust this in the least, for too long she'd been told that she was wrong, was unworthy. But, when he offered to take her back to Blackwood, she accepted. Whether or not he was being truthful, she couldn't stand another minute amongst the people who hated her. So, her journey began.
