The funny thing is that on the paper itself, it seems that I see music notes. Is she an aspiring musician? Waiting along the side of the road for some fellow to swing her off and take her to her next destination? Is she living off her talent or just dreaming it up while she waits at a bus stop? Is she observing someone and making the soundtrack of their lives as she ponders what story she could tell...and would she ever show them? 

On the technical side of things...this is really rather enthralling...the color tones you've used for the clothes are just simply divine with that flamboyant shade of copper in your hair. All I can really say about this is that it seems very "authentic" which to be honest is probably the best compliment I could give. You honestly have captured the essence of Steampunk and I truly feel like I'm in that world with you. My desktop is set to be a slide show of all my favorite pictures I find on dA or else where. Can I add this to that? 

I really, really, reeeeally, do love this. I don't say that often, but for this, I must.

I wonder what the winsome writer writes as she takes a poetic pause to puff her pipe. Might it be an entrancing love song, or a somber steampunk dirge. The ladies look tells me she is an exceptional observer and adeptly understanding student of the human conditon. Though there is a little something in the manner that suggest she may not be an ardent  enough admirer of her fellow man to compose arias of adoration before extinction anthems.
