This drawing is from an episode of Brendan and Scout. I have actually drawn this girl before a while back, but I have never done anything with her yet until now. Here is the link.

Anyway, what the story is basically about is, The Black and Tans think that the IRA are planning an attack, so they decide to try to get info. somehow. They decide to use this girl character, who actually is an Englishwoman who secretly works for them. They know that Brendan is a sucker when it comes to beautiful lasses. You know, him being a Sailor and all. So they get her to pretend that she wants to go out with him and become his girlfriend. In this part here, she is smothering him with kisses, trying to dumb him up so that info. of the attack will slip. This doesn't work, so she just ends up dropping him.

Anyway, to make a long story short, Brendan falls so much in love with her, he spends all his hard earned money on flowers and an expensive scarf for her. When he gives these gifts to her, she feels horrible and ends up weeping and telling him the truth. He forgives her, but she decides to go back to England. She even tells him he could return the scarf, but he just tells her to keep it, and that no matter what, he would always love her.

Also too, come to find out, the Irish weren't planning an attack...they were planning a PARTY.
