For .I was going to have Tech being the one torturing Scooby, but I wanted to play around with the whole "fake monster" idea they had in the cartoons, so it was changed to Izzy being the tormentor/masked villian.
...In case you're wondering, yes.... Izzy's disquise was Zim from Invader Zim (a nod really, towards my inspiration).
