ya know...when i was around 18 years old, i came upon an old standing iron door in a frame while walking on a path across a field one night. i had taken that path many, many times before and had never seen that door standing just a ways off to the left of the path. i walked over to it. the door was very old and rusty...had a small window in it such as the one in your image.
i stood there for a while....wondering if i should try to open it and walk through the open door to the other side. i did walk completely around it but didn't muster the courage or whatever to try to open it. i think of that door every once in a while.
this image reminded me of that night some 40 years ago.
