How she looks like shes about to say something. How one eye is off a little. More than those is why you chose to draw this person. If I went to your gallery in New York one day (just pretend) and you handed me a info sheet about the pieces in the show. What would be your artist statement for this one?

There isnt really any story behind it, only the fact that I love her as an actress and cause she is beautiful. I drew this one because I thought the picture was awesome and thought it was good for a portrait drawing. What makes you ask this? (jw)

I dunno. It's kind of hard to explain. Have you seen Great Expectations? The new one. Well anyways. It was copied from a photograph. That's usually what I do. But in the summers (right now) I learn how to paint. So Im doing that right now. I'm having lots of trouble. But hey man I completly ignored the fact that it's a VERY GOOD drawing. ha. Sorry about that. It truly does have talent. Anyways, keep it up man. It's good. Have you ever drawn from life? Draw a girlfriend. Get her to sit for you. It's much harder. I had to do it at summer art school. I fucked this one girl up... She was cute too. I made her uncute. I felt bad. Take it easy.
