My program used to save PNGs as transparent backgrounds, but after a while it just went "fuck it" and now I can't make backgrounds transparent.

Oh. I recommend FireAlpaca or GIMP. Both of those programs are free and work pretty well. I honestly think FireAlpaca is way better though.
