I've only ever watched one episode of this show, but I've seen a lot of fanfiction of it around. I must say, you're the first person I've seen in all of the time that I've been aware of the show who likes this pairing. Everyone else is usually off their head slashing Arthur and Merlin together. I don't have a problem with either pairing, as I like both slash and het, but I didn't think it would hurt to share this observation.
The colors you used in this picture are beautiful. I wish I owned the top of Gwen's dress.

Fantastic. Truly. You use a completely different style of line and colorization for this picture, and it works perfectly, lending it an authentically medieval feel, appropriate given its subject matter. The softness of the color palette used only further helps enforce that atmosphere.
