Guess what? They have light hair and dark skin. That's what makes them Drow. Next you'll draw Humans with green skin. I don't care if they're just guidelines that's also the anatomy of Drow.

very nice artwork, but please, if you're going to draw a Drow, make it actually look right. Drow are GRAY skinned with WHITE/SILVER hair.

i don't mean to be a bitch, but it get's kind of sad when people draw/color/label things wrong. again, this is NOTHING against your art, just be sure if you draw/label/color something, you do it correctly.

alright, Obsidian. i don't try to get technical with colors to make it easier on a person. you don't see a person going around and saying 'oh, that blood shouldn't be so vermilion, add a bit more of a fire brick color to it' do you?
i'm not trying to be a bitch, but really? most people who hear obsidian think pure to almost pure black and that isn't true. just like any other race, the Drow have a variety of light and dark 'gray' skin. so a Drow can have anywhere from Gray, to black to obsidian. maybe even purple taupe to charcoal and cool gray to a battleship gray. some even have a bit of darker purple skin. like a dark shade of Byzantium mixed with a bit of some of the darker grays i mentioned earlier. maybe even a dark eggplant color. it's all in who you talk to. but i'm sorry, the Drow do not have peach colored skin and the Drow don't ONLY have obsidian skin.

they're categorized as having 'dark skin'. but you know what, this argument is getting off topic. i was trying to point out, in my original post, where this artist went wrong and was trying to help the artist realize that he or she had the wrong skin color. if you don't like it, tough.
besides, to me, that picture looks photoshopped. i've NEVER seen a book's text look that shitty. and to spare this artist from having a large argument on their picture, i'm ignoring any more comments you make.

First of all I would like to say to the original artist, This is an amazing picture, I personally wouldnt classify it as a Drow but thats my Dungeons and Dragons background.
Now on to you Blood Lust veronica... I would like you to take a look at something for me. I have been DMing (Dungeon Mastering) for Dungeons and Dragons for over 4 years now. Bit of a late comment, but jut had to say two things:
1) This pic is so awesome!
2) I noticed a lot of comments were complaining that drow should have white hair and black skin. Usually true, but you can have albino drow with white skin, and their hair can be any colour so long as it's pale. (Blonde, white, silver, light purple, blue or green perhaps. e.t.c) So there's no problem with calling her drow.
