They say that a Pokemon and their trainer are always alike in at least one way. Ishida enjoys the company of his dear friend Milotic. They basks in the setting light of the sun while the two of them rest upon the small and grassy hills just outside of Vermilion City. The bay was more than beautiful at this time of day.

Milotic, he is powerful and elegant. A majestic Pokemon that coats its dangerous force behind a mask of beauty. Much like the thorn upon a flawless rose. As he ensnares his female foe with his "attract" technique, he surrounds himself with his "Aqua Ring",slowly strengthening itself while it confuses it's opponent with pulse pounding "water pulse" attack!! Dangerous indeed...not to mention it breaks hearts as often as it whens in its battles!
