A Kiriban picture after so long @_@~ Two awesome people actually caught the moment my page hit the 200,000 mark~ ~naive-ann and ~Eevee445 ~

I didn't set out to draw anything for it, but I changed my plans and asked them both what they would like as a gift ~ ~naive-ann asked for a picture of Asuka shopping with Kumiko..
Kumiko trying to persuade Asuka to deviate from her usual style of dark and modest clothes

Kumiko: Come on Neecha~~~~~~~n..just try them!!

I kind of merged some designs I've seen into each shirt~ fashion is not exactly my thing and I wanted it to look like you could get such clothes in reality

It's been a while since you've been able to submit a colored piece. Ah, good to see Kumiko and Asuka together. :3
It reminds me of my sister and I! Today she gave me a toe ring... a toe ring! Feels weird for me, but that's so her - Ms. Style.

Also like how you didn't do any outlines on the background. It makes the characters stand out more. Kumiko chose out some cute outfits, but looking at what Asuka chose out I can see why she's not interested. It would make her stand out.

I was glad to colour for a change too I don't usually feel like it so when I do get the inspiration it's a nice change to work with colours rather than inking and screentones

My sisters have a complete different style sense than me too....what can we do but smile and live by the words " it's the thought that counts" when it's time to give gifts

lolz..i promise thats a compliment(but a strange on at that)...u still did good..i personally suck at backrounds, when i draw a character i kinda dont even bother with the backround, cause its to much work, and im just frickin lazy XD

yeah but I was the same ages ago~ I tried to avoid backgrounds at all costs because I hated them and only liked drawing characters anyway~ but I had to get out of that comfort zone because I started to feel something was missing when I drew some pictures...plus when I started to draw comics I HAD to draw backgrounds...so I just had to force myself and get better from there on I suppose~
