Description
This is a digital painting of a scene I've been envisioning for a while. I wanted to add to my series of colorful landscapes , and this is what eventually materialized. I had a lot of fun capturing light through color, as well as the feeling associated with the suns rays hitting the cold earth for first time during the day and the theme of light gradually overtaking darkness. The light of the morning is a magical feeling that I wanted to capture with this painting along with the sense of being lofty, high above the day-to-day hum of the world, standing on the summit of peaceful solitude. When I meditate and clear my mind, a scene like this is what I often takes shape. Hope you enjoy!
