I think the drinks are kind of loosening them up... but then... who knows... maybe they're drunk (Like our observe is after he's had a Mojito, two brandies, a Rum and Coke, three tequillas, and a bit of Scotch whisky...)

You're totally right with that coment. You now as people say, when someone is drunk is more easy to let go with the flow, I think he's just being himself at least. Besides the theory of they being drunk is helped by they laughter attack they just have before.
