The sixth sketch. And look, its the classic characters, Cuddles, Toothy, and Giggles. Its even more convenient that the character before them is Lumpy.

Now you know about the Immortal society, I want to explain about their system. The Immortals themselves are very powerful Tree Friends. Reasons for this is due to the fact that they lived for long, their powers grow exponentially. This includes their experience that they learned, especially when it comes to fighting. It is there that they are able to stop from a simple conflict to extreme disasters. That's why they were considered protectors of their world. Though they may choose to serve as protectors, there is a much higher position and purpose that only a few of them are worthy. There are much more powerful Immortals among them, and they are called Guardians. The Guardians are those who are chosen by the deity to possess a greater magic than any Immortal. They are like the Sages of Legend of Zelda or the Ten Wizard Saints from Fairy Tail. As Guardians, they have the most active role in watching over their world. There are others who have the potential to become Guardians but they have the option whether they want to take it or not. The difference between the Guardians to the other Immortals are distinguishable by the gem embedded on their chests. Others thought that the gem is a projection of their soul, but that is not the case. Though it does have a connection to their soul, the gem itself are more like emblems to mark them as Guardians.

The Guardian idea came from a Chinese cartoon called The Adventures of Little Carp, which I have watched as a kid. Its where the characters are brought into a journey to find Five Dragon Scales to defeat the Big Bad who tries to become a dragon. The gems are supposed to be a lot like the Dragon Scales. The cartoon series are thankfully in Youtube right now by China Hour.
