This is a picture I took of my pride and joy -- my full size Cremona, made in China. Now wait just a minute, just because its made in China doesn't mean its bad or of poor quality. This is probably one of the best cellos I've performed with. Anyway, it's made out of cherry wood (along with the bow) and it produces a bright sound. This is more of a solo cello because it blends with the orchestra but not as well as some others. There is no way you can't make this look good (unless you drop it, I suppose).

I particularly like the cello more than the other strings because it has the widest range in pitch. It can reach violin level and still maintain tone quality. I'll stop running off the mouth so you can enjoy the picture ... sorry ...
