The Epic Tales of HoCaine.For those who know or don't know, this is based on a highly irritating CSI: Miami character: Horatio Caine. God, his thinks he's so cool with his sun glasses. Ugh, I'm disgusted.

I would say that I find the hair pretty well drawn here. The stroke along the side of the pants is quite effective in making a 3dimentional feel.
I would advice however, if this is a scene where the blood is supposed to be splatter all over the wall, it mught be a good idea to not just use some spltter brush, but to remember adding the drops of blood cause by the good old gravity. The blood puddle on the flood could also be painted as a puddle rather than using these brushes. As you characters here are more or less solids, making more solid colours to define the shape of the blood would make it fir the picture more.
Blood also tend to be of a deeper, richer hue, you might want to choose darker red and higher opacity the next time you paint them.
Also, with that nice 3d feel of the leg, the upper half body feels very flat in comparison. You might want to consider adding afew more strokes to the top to make it fit better, (or remving the stroke and shadow of the pants for that matter)
Just a little side note. I didn't quite understand the 3 strokes on the right panel. You might want to define what it is clearer.

I like your use of different colors in the main character's hair, and the looseness of the lines. My only crit would be that the highlights in the dark part don't line up with the original . . . unless you wanted it that way?

I've got to be honest, I'm not quite sure I get this. Is the frame on the left what is there, while the frame on the right is what he sees?
The artwork itself is pretty good - I like the detail put in on the blood, and I like the simplicity of the character - although there isn't much detail, after having looked at a photo I think you've done a good job!

lol. No, I rarely do comics with deeper inside meanings seeing as many people wouldn't get it. This is just to poke at the fact that the man pauses for such a long time in between the most obvious sentence.
