Hey DA friends!I was very busy last months so I had not the time for answering questions and to thank you for the comments, watches and favs! Sorry about that! (...work almost killed me...)
This piece took me very long. Can't say how many hours I've spend on it, but I think 30 hours are realistic. I've changed several times the background, format size, played with light exposure, integrated some decoration, deleted it again and so on. But I think this is it.
All done in Photoshop.

but I think It's based on Arabic culture not Persian,
in this artwork, cloth of the character is not Persian,
this is link of some arts that is closely based on Persian culture

I do wish to apologize to you as well. I did post a smaller version of this on my account. I did not want to take credit, I posted it because I needed a way to send someone this photo to add a few things because I wanted this photo in my library, it is beautiful and you deserve recognition. Please, I did not intend on keeping it up there for long and I was not aware of the rule of posting other people's work. I am truly sorry, I will be removing it shortly.

I am half persian and I LOVED this so much that I posted it on facebook to show everyone that there was such a thing as fantasy persian art lol (I could never find fantasy art based on persian female themes like this!)
