You used sai for the lines!!
You're improving a lot. The lines are more clean and i love the way you used the textures and how you drew the hands.
I think you should play more with the linework tools (mostly with the pressure), but if this is the first thing you made with it it's not bad!
Another thing i think you shold work on is anatomy: you really should sketch the pose before making the lineart.. (the head, the shoulders and the arms are a bit off.. (his chin faces right while he's looking in front of him, his shoulders are not on the same horizontal line and his forearms are too short.) And you should fix the shading on his forehead, it's too dark and it should cover more than that small area.)
