Alastor and his and my OC Vixenia's daughter, Dahlia~! I draw Alastor with Valerie more often, so I thought I should colour something of him and Dahlia. I actually sketched this in late August of last year when RadioFox was still very new. Hell, most of the art I'm submitting today is just coloured old sketches. Meh. Anyway! The idea was just way too cute to me and I couldn't resist. Sketches are one thing, but actually polishing them out can be a pain. I had to figure out the anatomy and proportion adjustments to make the drawing work. Alastor is around 7' if I remember correctly, and toddlers are very small. And if I applied such logic, Dahlia would be dangling by Alastor's hand. So I did some tweaking, and I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I honestly hope my canon character colours are more accurate now. I've spent so much time as it is editing past art to make sure the colours are 100% correct, and I would hate to have to go change that again. But it's hard when there's no regular model sheets out yet that aren't fan edits or whatever. :c And .jpeg's make discerning colours with the eyedropper tool impossible. Curse my art perfectionism.

Oh, yeah, and I added an actual carpet texture to the floor, because it just looked too plain without anything.

Don't come at me for shipping Alastor with someone, and an OC at that. Viv said fans can ship anything they want and to have fun, k?
