nope. just how he looks in the anime.
I don't think about the race when I draw anime characters. I just try to get their features as close to the original as possible since there is no race on earth that actually resembles anime characters.

Actually, he looks in fact Turkic or Eurasian which makes sense since he behaves like a bastardized angsty Eurasian teenager and he geographically travels across different places like a Turkic warrior nomad.

FOREAL I have saved this pic to my computer because I can't stop staring at it. I can't even estimate the accumulative time I have spent lost in this image! It is... amazing. I don't know how you do it, senpai, but I cannot wrap my mind around it. You are what I call a VERY rare"far-fetched" artist. simply because me thinking I will ever match up to even half of this skill is a ridiculously far-fetched thought!! You are amazing, never stop drawing (not like you ever would! XD) because that would be a tremendous waste of immaculate skill. If your art skills were Ninja skills in the Naruto universe, you would very well intimidate Itachi. Kakashi would be all, "Those aren't human skills! Who is this person... is she a demon of pure power? How will I ever defeat her???" and Naruto and Sasuke would be all "Is this the ten-tails jinchuriki...? From where else would she draw upon such power??" and everyone else would be toast.
