A frightened Amazonian awakens in a new world and time (Year:2010 earth) with amnesia having no personal memories only able to remember her name and hunting/fighting skills she tries to find a place in this world but finds it difficult to enter this society of "puny earthlings". She takes shelter in the wilderness surviving off bear meat and what she raids from campers.

As time passes of living on earth for nearly five years she finds that humanity has embraced another type of Amazon one who comes from a place called Themiscyra she sees how humanity has accepther, she now feels that she too can find a place as a hero
