Nice! Is that Marth's up b move in SSB by any chance? Didn't know it had its own name. Then again, I never played Fire Emblem, so yeah.
The line of action here is awesome, very dynamic. I also like how you colored the lines, they give the whole piece a nice look.
Some things that stood out to me to improve on: His left arm makes me feel kind of uncomfortable. It looks like its kinda bending on its way down, which also leads to his forearm being too long.
Try getting even more emotion into his mouth when you're doing a rather extreme expression like this one. Makes it feel much more intense.
Also, I think if you shaded the backside of his cape (the red side) even darker, it would create a nice contrast and give everything a bit more depth.
Just my two cents, hope you appreciate them!

Thanks! It is his up-B. I haven't played Fire Emblem either, I just really like him in smash.
Yep, I totally get what you're saying. Now that arm is bothering me too-- I felt like something was off there but I couldn't pinpoint it. I actually used the in-game smash 4 model for reference, which has the left arm bending down like that, but much more of the forearm should be obscured. And yeah I did struggle with the face so I guess I was a little timid in my expression.
Thank you for the sound advice!
