And yes. I know I didn't draw his hat. It was there originally but then I erased it because it looked bad and I just went over the rest with sharpie.

Yes he kinda is but I like his accept in the English dub... Probably the only one whose English dub voice I liked. Finny is my #1 Favorite anime/manga character ever though. Next would be Alois I think..
