The 2012 landscape calendar is now available . Go check it out!Another look at a cool place..
Location: Wedgemount Glacier, Garibaldi Provincial Park, Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Equipment: Nikon D90 + Tokina 11-16mm + Tiffen Polarizer.
Technique: Photomatix Pro 4.1 and Photoshop CS5 from 3 RAWs shot in 1.5 EV intervals.

This is utterly beautiful. The only problem with it is that it has been done before. I mean other than that it is an inspiring piece of beautiful artwork that should be seen more often. I suggest that you do something out of your mind. Pull something out and stick it on a piece of paper. Maybe something fantasy, maybe some random landscape that has nothing to do with real life. Maybe a fantasy world, or a fantasy at all. I encourage you to keep drawing, because it is just beautiful beyond words, my friend.

It took me a few moments of staring very hard at the category to convince myself this was real. Proof, I suppose, that, no matter what our digital artists manage to cook up, nature will always be ready to one-up them.

At the very least this looks like it has gone under major photo manipulation. It doesn't even look real, looks like a screenshot from Skyrim. The water doesn't change opacity as it's depth decreases, it just stays the same blue, I'm not confident this was ever a iphotograph.

Wow! I thought that was 3D art at first. It's such a unique place, it doesn't even look real! Very beautiful either way, though. ^_^
