Wow, I love the rays of light coming down from the Moon (I think). it is nice how you made them sparkle off the hair. My only critique would be if you have that much back light there would probably be darker shadowing on the sides away from the light like the chest stomach and front of the arm. On a positive note the textures and draping of the fabric is very believable and the wings look very full. A great piece overall that defiantly tells a story.

I like this one alot because your playing with the whole picture and envisioning the picture as a whole rather than a figure. There seems to be a sense of story that we don't know but would like to know.

This is seriously beautiful...when I saw it, I didn't think "messy" at all. Sometimes having brush strokes like this is very handy for having a vibrant looking work...I still remember going to the National Gallery in London and seeing a famous oil painting up close. It was full of "messy" strokes, even small white blobs for the jewels and highlights on the lady's satin gown...but when you stood back from it a few feet, it became dazzling and seemingly photo-realistic.

hehe I do that to tumblr...because some ideas are amazing but they're not turned into art...and music, yes! Though because I listen to practically one band (they overrule every other band on my computer XD) I tend to have the same sorta style..

I can't do that. The longer I put something down, the less likely I am to get back to it in anything resembling a reasonable time frame. If I start something else, I'm pretty unlikely to finish the thing.

its a matter of habit, I guess...I tend to do that. But usually I need to get really inspired to come back to a long-awaited project. But by then I normally re-do the thing again because of my ever changing style -.-"
