He looks like Bart - or whatever the name of the ferryman from the Hobbit movies was. You are skilled at painting/painting humans. Though his face is a bit too grainy/noise-filtered for me. Bonus points for the realism and correct anatomy.
I know it's a WIP, but I'm not sure if the grain-ridden face will change. Sure, some amount of noise/grainyness is fine, but here it looks like you pumped up the contrast value in Irfanview/sharpened the image a bit too much.
