Tabira is a city based in and around the Great Tree , which houses the four guilds in addition to a growing population. It is possibly the largest and most important city in the continent, and is the focal point of its society. Established nearly 1,000 years ago, it is the oldest known settlement.
As of late, the city itself has been growing overpopulated, resulting in outwards expansion, with farms being established in the plains north of Tabira to support the growing needs of the city's people, and the establishment of the Mosswood outpost to the east.

Hopefully, nobody minds that it's not fully colored. Drawing this took a few tries, but I'm fairly happy with how it came out! This should give some idea of how Tabira looks and how great the Great Tree really is. As in, gigantic.

Since cardinal directions are useful: this is as if one were viewing Tabira from the the east side. South is to the left of the image, north is the right. There's also a few homes in the foreground to show the type of dwellings the inhabitants live in.

A large plaza is located at the hole opening at the bottom of the trunk, where important events and announcements are made. The hollow's interior, while spacious, only takes up a small percentage of the tree's interior. A bustling marketplace is held inside, where a variety of wares, both local and foreign, are sold and traded.

The Keepers congregate where the trunk splits. The stairs on the tree are made from shaped bark, with raised sides. While some unique establishments are run on some of the lower branches, very few non-Keeper Tabirans actually live on the tree.
