I know... it's awful... I wanted to try again using markers... -one of the four techniques of ilustration that I saw the last week... and.. I don't learned anything..xDD.. we just have to do what we can-..That's my Shisuka.. I used the marker on a copy... with semi-transparent paper... the original is here: [link]
I messed it up..xDDD... oh well.. I was just trying... It's going to be on my scraps later.. hehe..
Oh!!.. And I made a huge mistake in her mouth.. it was so sad.. I made that when I finished..
So bad... Shisuka belongs to me... and I used some paper that we used to call "calco albanene", Rubber Cement, markers (they're Professional.. but.. haha.. I can't use them now.. maybe later..) and.. some.. black ink... and a colored pencil for her face..xD...
I don't like it!..

It's not awful at all. I like this picture, in fact. The thing is that the black lines mess a bit with the rest of the drawing.
It's cute anyway.

Todo experimental... la técnica es algo difícil de manejar, pero lo bueno de los marcadores es que puede tener colores muy "vivos", reflejos muy bien marcados y con ayuda del rapidógrafo... unos contornos bien vistos... El brillo del cabello le quedo muy guay y la vista superior le da un buen toque... y a seguir practicando... XD...

bueno que siempre hay q experimentar... y recuerde que el marcador no solo sobre albanene... y quien sabe, se pordría dar una mezcla bien interesante con el marcador y otras técnicas.. O.o...

Hehe.. thanks..xDD.. I was practicing because I need them for my presentations in the university.. it's suppossed that markers are the fastest media.. -but I dunno..xD-..
And you should try with the grays!!... All that you mentioned should be expensive.. n__n.. I have to break my piggy bank for buying something.. hehe..

They look so good!!.. I have seen ones that look similar -other brand- and they were expensive.. so.. the ones that you have.. should be more expensive.. n__n

My markers doesn't have any good..xDD.. the things that you can do with these are that you can make degradations.. and also that you can mix them for make new colors.. n__n.. I have to learn.. hehe.

It sort of looks like an animation cel or DVD artwork (you know, those official pictures from an anime that go everywhere). I like her hair, because with the markers it becomes more vibrant. With the pencils it's soft and silky, but here it's very striking. And her pose is drawn well too, it kind of reminds me of my childhood a little. It's very calm and down to earth. She must be thinking about something important. She doesn't look very sad, she just seems a little pensive...And markers are a lot harder to use, you can't really blend them so easily...unless you have Copic markers. Hm. I don't know about Rubber Cement markers, though. Though this is a little more simple than what you've been putting out...I just really like the atmosphere of it...it's so calming. I can't wait for your other marker things, if you're going to go that route. Though I think you really shine through when you use your pencils. ^_^

And for sure!!.. They're difficult.. I don't have copic markers.. they're biiiiig Prismacolor markers.. I used them this month for a course.. and seeing my final score.. it seems like I couldn't use them very well..xDDD.. (Watercolors were my best score.. and I haven't used them before.. so.. it's funny..xDD).. And Actually I don't know how to use them very well.. but.. I think that I have to practice for my works in the university.. sooooo.. I'll keep trying..
And the Rubber Cement.. it's a glue.. Actually.. I haven't seen that before.. until last week.. And the first thing that I though was that it's very weird..xDD.. We use that because the normal glue works bad on the semi-transparent paper..
