I always wanted to draw this Rei!!!.. I'm so glad!... I used colored pencils and a little bit of pastel in her face..Specially dedicated to:
. Hope you like it!!! (visit him if you can!!.. he's an amazing artist and also a good person)
and also is dedicated for every Evangelion or Rei fan.. or everyone who loves her.. n__n

This is absolutely lovely. You don't see alot of color pencil art (it's all mostly dominated by Photoshop on deviantART), but this color pencil artwork of your's truly is one of (if not the) best on this web.
And although I've seen a few episodes of Evangelion, you really capture her soul, which makes you wanna pity her and hug Rei.
Bottomline I really like it.
