Description
Considering I made a Werewolf Luigi and a skeleton Mario, I thought I might as well make my top favourite Mario characters as Halloween creatures.

For this one I was originally going to make Bowser a black cat with Kamek as a witch but I just got the idea to make a cat Bowser witch. The major difference between normal cat Bowser and this one is the clothing and the colours. The black hair and green body/face is suppose to replicate that of a witch and I added a small witch hat, cloak and broom. I also made him look a bit scruffy as well.
