Took a day trip out to Neah Bay and Cape Flattery, northern most parts of the continental united states without crossing sea or going through Canada.The whole Olympic area seems to be in upheaval over Twilight. I missed getting a shot in La Push of a sign saying 'no vampires past this point.'
Small disclaimer: I'm not a twilight fan, nor have I read the books or seen the movie. Yes, the boyfriend lives in Port Angeles Washington.
No there are not any vampires, nor is he a vampire. (inside joke)

I went to the Northwestern United States just this past summer, and it was breath-taking as well as picturesque. I passed this sign - it's nostalgic for me.
I swear, for college I'm going to Seattle so I can live in the Pacific Northwest. I haaaate the East Coast, and I'm unfortunate enough to have to endure another 5 or 6 years there until I'm legal. :c

Well, Cape Flattery isn't the northernmost point, but nearby Cape Alava is the westernmost point in the lower 48.
