This character belongs to ~Savagekitty it was supposed to be her other character from the MCU stuff Gabriel. But somehow it works better for her other character Otto Hammerstine.Stock image used as ref is from ~TillDeath-Stock
EDIT - Sorry if this pops up in the dev watch several times I fixed some issues with the image.

BIG CHIN! Or maybe it's just that the focal point of the image draws you inexorably towards his chin. X-D I would consider moving the background image up a little so that the focal point is more in line with his eyes or something. It's a cool drawing though!

its the source image I used. I know it needs work this one was a quickie done in about a day or so.

I had it as Gabe and it just didn't fit at all. Facial shape/bonestructure after showing those pics.
