So Fraise and Thunder Roar don't actually have canon personalities yet, as far as I'm aware, so I'll explain how I got to my headcanon ones:
Thunder Roar gets his tendency to overreact from his Grandma Rarity, his temper from Dragon Momma Claire, his cocky attitude and laziness from Prism but his strong loyalty from (don't call her Grandma) Rainbow Dash. Fraise can be really stubborn and brave like her Granny AJ, and gets her sense of adventure from Great Aunt Apple Bloom, but she can be a bit of an airhead like her Mother Creme (and that's where she gets alot of her bluntness from too), though that's offset by the down to earth general niceness she gets from her Father Del. I like to think they're both fairly complex.

Thunder Roar: Look, just because I saved you that one time, don't think you can wander into the Everfree Forest whenever you want now.

Fraise: Sure, I won't. I learned my lesson there.

Thunder Roar: Good.

Fraise: Only go into the Everfree Forest if you're with me~

Thunder Roar: Huh - what - no !

Fraise: //Smiles//

Thunder Roar: Uhhh look... //turns around// I can be in here because I'm awesome. I'm equipped to deal with ever-ry-thing the forest can throw at me. But you...

Fraise: But I'll be on my guard the whole time; I'll be ready to face whatever dangers come at us! The ingredients I can get in the Everfree Forest are so rare and delicious, it's worth any danger. If any more Timberwolves try and eat me I'll show 'em what an Apple can do!

Thunder Roar: Are you kidding? You wouldn't need to be on your guard if you were with me! You wouldn't need to worry about a thing - I'd protect you.

Fraise: //Smiles wider//

Thunder Roar: ! - And I didn't mean anything by that either!

Thunder Roar: You have enough ingredients yet?

Fraise: Yup. I got a whole basket full //levitates the basket

Thunder Roar: Great 'cause it's getting dark and you need to go home

Fraise: I hadn't even noticed! I got such a lot of great ingredients, thanks for coming with me

Thunder Roar: Psh, don't mention it //turns away and starts walking

Fraise: //Follows// Does that mean you'll come with me again next time?

Thunder Roar: Well, I'm usually in here myself anyway, so it wouldn't be too much extra effort to keep you out of trouble I guess

Fraise: Thank you so much! Hmmm, actually, I had wondered... Why is it you spend so much time in the Everfree?

Thunder Roar: ............

Fraise: Ah'm sorry! That sounded like Ah was prying!

Thunder Roar: //Smirks// Your accent comes out when you're flustered y'know

Fraise: Ohh, I try so hard to speak well like my mother - the Canterlot ponies make fun of me when they hear my accent- but my dad says he's always happy to hear the Apple in me

Thunder Roar: ........... //Stops//

Fraise: //Stops too//

Thunder Roar: I feel like I belong in here

Fraise: Hm ?

Thunder Roar: Why I spend so long in the Everfree Forest... I'm not the easiest "pony" to get along with, and I used to scare the other ponies at my school, so I started spending time in here because it's where all the scary things go.

Fraise: Oh Thunder...

Thunder Roar: Eh, I'm over it

Fraise: But you don't belong in here at all; you're not scary. And don't pretend it's not a big deal when it is

Thunder Roar: Ugh, it's not a big deal. I'm a quarter dragon, I have an attitude problem. No. Big. Deal.

Fraise: So what, you're a quarter dragon. You're three quarters pony!

Thunder Roar: //Growls// It doesn't even matter, why are we talking about this?

Fraise: Because you feel like you have to spend time in a spooky forest like you deserve to be there? But the pony who saved me from the Timberwolves, and has been putting up with my dragging him around looking for mushrooms and moss, is actually a really swell guy.

Thunder Roar: //Snarls// Everyone is afraid of me! I can't help it! I just want to stay away from them and find somewhere I fit in! You should be scared of me too!

Fraise: //Stands up to him// You've got tah stop hangin' around some big ol' nasty forest just feelin' sorry for yahself ! You might be part dragon, but Ah'm part Apple, and a good judge of character! And Ah'm not scared of you

Thunder Roar: //Backs away// ..........

Fraise: //Huffs//

Thunder Roar: .......

Fraise: ... I'm not scared because there's nothing to be scared of. We're friends now, and you saved my life, and even got hurt in the process. You're alot nicer thank you think.

Thunder Roar: You're a stubborn mare

Fraise: And you're an over dramatic dragon

Thunder Roar: //Turns away to hide a smile// Psh, l-let's just get you home

Fraise: Great! And we can do this all again tomorrow!
