this is an incredible creature.
i hate the fact that it terrifies me so... but i can't help looking.
the tentacle things are like delicate ferns.

Incredible creature, indeed.
Why does it terrify you? It's just the most inoffensive animal in the world...
Maybe a "terrifying beauty"?...

it's not butterflies so much but the really big
ones freak me out a bit. moths on the other hand
scare the hell out of me more than snakes or
anything. i don't know why but it is a terrible fear
i have in me.

J-Y-M In reply to LineBendergirl [2010-06-11 05:06:53 +0000 UTC]

This is quite an irrational and uncontrollable fear, I know; a friend of mine is like you.

LineBendergirl In reply to J-Y-M [2010-06-11 15:06:41 +0000 UTC]

yes indeed irrational and stupid, i would say
because if i was to really look at a moth,
they are very beautiful creatures... but
i don't like to look at them cause they
scare me so... i know my fear is silly
