A duck was causing major problems in the flamingo exhibit at the zoo for several minutes. After the commotion, the flamingos settled back down, and I was able to take this shot with the new telephoto lens (utilizing image stabilization!)I like the colors of the blended background which the water made, almost like a studio backdrop.

I very much love the background as well. The out of focus look instantly draws attention to the flamingo. That and the fact he's bright pink helps as well haha. Beautiful photo with a great compostion
