An actual story beat states that Jr was hoarding the desert's water, so the world 4 fight is a water battle. I took a reference for this boss.

Froomph is a balloon desert rain frog that's hanging out in a flooded room, but he'll suck in all the water to leave you stranded on the floor against his massive size. Froomph can't hurt you directly, but he can use girth induced shockwaves and his rubbery skin to fling you into the spiked walls. To fight Froomph, You need to grab the balloon nub on his backside and use it to throw him into the walls. Doing so will Cough up his water and fill up the room, but will also make him faster, smaller, and harder to grab. The goal here is to fill the room enough fling him into a dangerous looking chandelier on the ceiling. His wonder bubblizes the water making swimming more difficult, especially when the floor grows spikes. Damage him 3 times to beat him for good.
