First and foremost this picture was taken by <3Myself as Panty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
It was so much fun cosplaying this around AFest. Flicking people off for a picture was an enjoyment. lol.
The most I had trouble with was the wings; people kept walking into them. And I had trouble with the harness on it. The other thing was that I had gotten 6" stilletos to go with this outfit and I realized my pain tolerance for them was only 3 hours.
