Lol fanart much?I just entered a contest on youtube to see how well i can draw toontown characters. FAIL.
I ended up drawing a sonic character instead. ._.

I used paint tool sai, and if you're curious on the effects I used, I just did a bunch of dark layers and changed the opacity on overlay mode. (:
