Had this stashed on my computer for a while now, so I'm glad I can finally post it^^ Merry Christmas Everyone^^

I did the lineart by hand on paper and scanned it and worked mostly in Photoshop for coloring. I did a little editing in SAI to get a certain look on the words and background, but for the most part it was done on Photoshop. I haven't had the greatest confidence in my pictures lately (mostly what I draw not how it's drawn-- STUPID ART BLOCK), so I hope the person I drew this for likes it^^ I like his top, I would wear that. And I love drawing France's hair like, I should draw it like that more^^ I always feel like jumping up and down when I see Himaruya post something with France's hair like that^^
