I swear, I am having WAY too much damn fun designing these draconequui OCs!
This is Mania, another one of Discord's younger brothers, and trust me, he certainly lives up to his name!
I came up with his design while watching Tales From the Crypt, so I imagine him having a voice similar to the Cryptkeeper's...

In my headcanon, Discord's mom has had MORE than one litter of kids over the course of her immortal lifetime... so I'm not sure how many he has.
