Well, this picture was painted traditionally, not digitally. However, I prefer to use Photoshop for my digital illustrations and paintings.

Lovely...just lovely! I can almost feel that breeze, myself! Gorgeous hair, and her expression is almost blissful: the half-closed eyes, soft mouth drawn into the faint smile and her chin lifted into the wind... Yes--tranquility is most definitely the mood here! A beautiful piece!
