Very well done. I love the toned paper. It's something I think I'd like to try working with more. You did an excellent job. It's nice to see more Tia Dalma. I draw Jack all the time, perhaps I should try drawing her sometime. Again! Great work. You're gallery is wonderful!

I actually don't remember where I got it. I was cleaning out my closet a few weeks back and found it shoved behind a pile of books that had fallen over. When I pulled it out of the pile I immediately thought, "Score!!"
You could probably find one at any basic art supply store, though.

Beautiful! And I can see why you love your brown-paper sketchbook! Such amazing detail, even in these relatively quick pieces--the medallion is stunning in that regard, with everything in relief! Beautiful--and I love Jack and Tia, too--Tia's expression and pose are so in-character. The kraken taking down the ship is amazing: so much action going on in that small piece, with the broken masts, bits of wreckage in the churned up water, and the creature obviously engulfing the vessel in its final deadly embrace... **shivers** The stuff of nightmares...
A wonderful collection--brava!
