I've been avoiding posting this because I don't feel very confident about this pic's outcome
This points out how much I need to work at realism 
I don't think any of these look spot on like Jack though it looks like a person. I used reference for his face but didn't copy any picture exactly but took snipets from each of my many print outs for a facial feature to put together how I wanted. I still can't get his beautiful, beautiful eyes right -.o; I found one of my old pencil sets and started playing with it
It has a range of B pencils. charcol, water soluble pencils and funky sepia toned pencils So I used all of these on here has quite possibley the best PotC art I've seen O.O His wonderful art inspired me
I hope to have smidgen of his talent someday

Hey.. I think it looks like him.. the shape of the face and such is a bit off, but that's about it. It still looks like him what withthe hair and hat!!
anyway, it looks really good though, seriously. Gotta love playing around iwht old pencil sets XD but Awesome work!

Don't worry so much on it -- it may not look EXACTLY like him, but the feel of it, especially the grey sketch, is really good.

you know why I like these? they aren't the typical Jack art....I like the bottom right figure, the folds in his outfit rock me.

Johnny is VERY hard to draw. I've done tried several times and only twice has he really come out well (and even then, I'm not totally happy.) I think the full body down in the corner is the best part. It really shows his body language.
The one thing that jumps out at me on all three faces is the noses are too long. The nose is about the length of one eye turned sideways. I have the exact same problem, so I know what a pain it is. But I think that might help pull it a little closer to realism.

it looks good- it has an anime feel to it. You have an eye for detail I noticed too- that will help you out as you keep drawing!!! Keep up the good work!
