Description BEWARE, SPOILER ALERT!

My Favorites in order:

1. Maleficent (Maleficent): Before she was the titled Queen of Darkness, Maleficent was a fairy and the guardian of the Magical Forest known as the Moors. Until her childhood friend, Stefan, drugged her and cut off her wings with iron (which is lethal to fairies) so he can present it to the king. So that Stefan would be named his successor and marry his daughter, Princess Leila. Which brought her towards the darkness, and also place the curse on Stefan's newborn child, Aurora.

2. Agent Maine (Red VS Blue Season 10): Maine was the Muscle of Project Freelancer, a group of super soldiers who were form to fight in the war against both Aliens and Charon Industries. During one of their missions, Maine was shot in the throat nine times, so Agent Carolina gave her assigned AI Sigma to Maine so he can help communicate. That is until Sigma, The AI for Ambition & Creativity, corrupted Maine to become The Meta. Of which The Meta went on a rampage by killing fellow freelancers and taking their AI's & Equipment to make himself stronger. That is until when the Reds & Blues defeated him by hooking him to a car and throwing that car off a cliff.

3. Anakin Skywalker (Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith): He was considered to be "the chosen one" to end the sith once and for all. But with a premonition of his pregnant wife's death, Anakin aligned himself with Darth Sidious to help save her. Only to realize that in the end, he was the one who tried to murder Padme. Not to mention that he also fought against his former master and friend Obi Wan which then caused Anakin to fall into lava. After that he was then formed into Darth Vader.

4.  Merrick Baliton / Zen-Aku (Power Rangers: Wild Force): 3000 Years Ago, before Wild Force, The Animarian Warriors were in their final battle against the Master Org. The sixth warrior, Merrick Baliton, set out to find an artifact that could help destroy the Master Org, a Legendary Wolf Mask & three Animal Crystals. After putting on the mask and summoned the Wolf, Alligator, and Hammerhead Shark Wildzords to form the Predazord, of which they destroyed the Master Org. But, the victory over the Orgs came with a price. Merrick was unable to remove the mask, which began to corrupt him, causing him to fall under evil influence. As the evil Zen-Aku, Merrick was out of control, even attacking the Ancient Warriors. The warriors had no choice but to take Zen-Aku down, and imprison him in a tomb.

5. Erik Lehnsherr (X-Men: First Class): After watching his mother's death at a Concentration Camp, he set out to find the man who murdered his mother and avenge her death. Along the way, he joins with Charles Xavier and several young mutants who only want peace. But by the end of the movie, he wanted kills Sebastian Shaw, desires liberation for mutants everywhere and recruited other mutants to see his plan through.

6. Obito Uchiha (Naruto: Shippuden): Obito wanted to become the next Hokage, despite being a not so great ninja. During one of their missions, half of Obito was crushed, but before he died he passed on his Sharingan to Kakashi. Only it turns out he wasn't dead, but in fact was brought to a secret cave by Madara Uchiha, and that half his body was replaced with synthetic . On one night when Obito went to find Rin (the woman Obito loved) because she was in danger. But what drove him over the edge was seeing the woman he loved was killed by his friend / rival Kakashi Hatake. Which caused him to take the name of Madara Uchiha, help bring the former Madara's plan into fruition, aligning himself with Kabuto Yakushi and starting the Fourth Great Ninja War.

7. Harvey Dent (Batman: The Telltale Series): Harvey first starts out as the best DA in Gotham, but he wanted to become Mayor so he can help make a Safer Gotham, a place where working people can raise their families without fear of getting mugged, stabbed or worse. Even though he gets the job, in episode 2 if you choose to save Catwoman then Penguin will attack him with a Stage Light which will then fry half of his face. But that doesn't help much when Harvey soon found out that his best friend Bruce Wayne was sleeping with his girlfriend Selina Kyle which drove him over the edge. Causing him to send Bruce to Arkham Asylum, not to mention around the end of episode 4 he blew up a city block and his own men to destroy the Children of Arkham's drug stockpile. But in the end he would either be defeated by Batman or Bruce he is sent to Arkham so they can help deal with Harvey's other personality.

8. Liu Kang (Mortal Kombat 9 & X): Liu Kang was one of the chosen warriors to defend Earthrealm from Shao Kahn's Forces in the Mortal Kombat Tournament. But after Shao Kahn & Shang Tsung lost the Tournament, Shao Kahn outsmarted the Elder Gods and unleashed his invasion forces. In doing so, Shao Kahn murdered many of Liu Kang's Friends and Allies. Until Raiden accidently murders him. In the end Liu Kang became Revenant and one of the followers of Shinnok. Not to mention that in the end of Mortal Kombat X, he & Kitana became the new rulers of the Netherrealm.

9. Superman (Injustice: Gods Among Us): Superman was one of the greatest heroes, but then The Joker drugged him with Scarecrow's Fear Toxin, causing him to see Doomsday, but it was his pregnant wife Lois. Before he did that, Joker linked a detonator to her heart. After Superman killed his wife and unborn child, Joker's Nuclear Bomb was set off which destroyed Metropolis and everyone in it. In his grief, Superman killed The Joker. Sometime after he consolidated his power and formed The One Earth Government. While also killing both Heroes and Villains that stand in their way. Soon he became the Evil he always fought.

10. Nagato Uzumaki (Naruto: Shippuden): During the Second Great Ninja War, Nagato's parents were murdered in self-defense by two ninja from the Hidden Leaf Village, of which he avenged his parents deaths by using his Rinnegan for the first time to kill them. After burying his parents, Nagato, now an orphan, was forced to leave home and begin wandering in search of food and shelter. With resources scarce due to the ongoing war, no one he met would help him until Nagato, who had collapsed from hunger, was found by Konan and Yahiko, orphans like himself. They banded together, acquired food to survive through any means, and shared dreams of a future where they were in charge and could use their power to eliminate war. Yahiko was particularly passionate about this point, which inspired Nagato to adopt the same goal. In order to accomplish this, the three would need to become ninja. With few options to choose from, they approached Konoha's Legendary Sannin and asked to be taught ninjutsu. Jiraiya, guilty over his participation in the war, offered to teach them how to look out for themselves. Many years later after, Nagato, Yahiko & Konan formed the Akatsuki to set their quest for peace, but it was to never be. Yahiko and Nagato were ambushed by Hanzō and his men, with support from Konoha's Danzō Shimura. Using Konan as a hostage, Hanzō threatened to kill her if Nagato did not kill Yahiko. Unwilling to let Nagato have that on his conscience, Yahiko impaled himself on Nagato's kunai, using his dying breath to state his faith that Nagato would change the world. Enraged by Yahiko's death, Nagato took Konan back from Hanzō, though his legs were badly damaged in the process. He then summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and, upon linking with it, used it to slaughter Hanzō's men, though Hanzō himself escaped. Afterwards, Nagato severed his ties with Amegakure by slashing the village's symbol on his forehead protector, no longer wishing to be affiliated with Hanzō's village. Now crippled, Nagato turns Yahiko's body into the Deva Path. Yahiko's death ultimately convinced Nagato that his philosophies about achieving peace were foolish; the world would never willingly end the cycle of death and hatred it had operated on for so long. Only through direct experience of war and all the losses and agonies it brought could anyone truly desire peace. Intending to personally bring that level of despair to the world, Nagato took on the name of "Pain".

11. Needles Kane (Twisted Metal): Before he became Needles, he was once a man named Marcus Kane, a happy Ice-cream Man with a happy family. But unfortunately Marcus had a Serious Split-Personality Problem. Trapped inside his mind, his sinister side desperately tried to claw his way to freedom, eventually causing Marcus to give in and give his new persona a face. On that day, Marcus Kane died and the Rampage of Needles Kane was born.

12. S.P.D. A-Squad Rangers (Power Rangers: S.P.D.): A-Squad was the best of the best in S.P.D., but they decided to change their allegiance to Emperor Gruumm just because they wanted to be on the winning side. In the end they were defeated by the S.P.D. B-Squad Rangers and were trapped in confinement cards.

13. Agent Washington (Red VS Blue Season 7 & 8): Like Agent Maine, Washington was a member of Project Freelancer. In Season 7, Wash was given the chance to get out of prison and Freelancer by retrieving the Epsilon Unit. Which meant working with The Meta and betraying the Reds and Blues who helped them in Season 6. But in Season 7, Wash changed his ways and joined Blue Team as its leader.

14. Hal Stewart / Tighten (Megamind): Hal was just a standard cameraman who had a crush on Roxanne Ritchi. And he was given Metroman's powers by Megamind to be Metro City's New Hero. That is until he found out that Roxanne doesn't want anything to do with him and found out that Megamind was dating Roxanne. So he decided to become a Supervillain and either take over or destroy Metro City. That is until Megamid defeated him and took away his powers in the end.

15. Leslie "Lee" Thompkins (Gotham Season 3): At first Lee was once the girlfriend of James Gordan. But in Season 2, while Gordan was sent to Blackgate Prison for murder he did not commit, she had miscarriage and left Gotham for several months. In Season 3 she married a man named Mario, until Mario was poisoned with the Alice Tetch Virus causing him to almost murder her after their wedding. That is until Gordon shot him, and yet Lee blames Jim for the murder of her husband. But she soon followed more into darkness when she willingly took the Alice Tetch Virus and gave into her darkest desires.

Loved the Telltale version of Two-Face.

Maleficent was great. Even though they didn't really make her a real villain like her true counterpart, at least they did show why she became evil. Not gonna lie, the classic Disney films will always be the golden nostalgia of my life; however, while some of the remakes make the characters slightly different but kept in touch with their original traits, the remakes are starting to go in depth with exactly why and how the characters are they way they are (ex. Lady Tremaine was jealous of Cinderella because she was overshadowed by her late mother, and the Beast learned cruel arrogance from his father).

Darth Vader's origin was stellar.
