Description

BEWARE, SPOILER ALERT!

My Favorites in order:
1. The T-800 (Terminator Franchise): There is no Poster Boy for Change, then the 180 change this Murderous Cyborg makes in the first and second films in the iconic franchise. In the original, the T-800 had one purpose in life, to kill Sarah Connor and by extension her future son John Connor, Leader of the Human Resistance. But in T2, the T-800 Serves as Protector to the person who's birth he was trying to prevent. He even abstains from committing fatalities at John's request. Not to mention in the end of the second film, in order to make sure Skynet would never be created, he asks Sarah to assist in lowering it into the vat of molten steel, since it is unable to "self-terminate", although John begs the Terminator to reconsider its decision. It bids them farewell as it is lowered into the vat. The Terminator gives a tearful John a final thumbs-up as it disappears into the molten steel and shuts down.

2. Maleficent (Maleficent): Maleficent was the guardian of the Moors, until her friend Stefan betrayed. Which led her into darkness, that is until she would consider Aurora, the girl she cursed, as a surrogate daughter. She tried to undo her curse but it could never be undone unless by "True Love's Kiss". At her bedside, Maleficent apologizes to Aurora and kisses her forehead. Aurora awakens, as Maleficent's motherly feelings towards her count as true love. After her battle with Stefan, the two kingdoms were in harmony, as well as Maleficent becoming the Defender of the Moors once again.

3. Locus (Red VS Blue Season 13): Locus was one of the main villains from Red VS Blue Seasons 11-13, but after his team fight with Felix against Carolina and Washington, Locus started to question himself as a soldier. He asks the AI, Santa, what is Felix afraid of, and Santa says that Felix is afraid of Locus. After Felix's fight against the Reds & Blues, Locus turned against his former friend / ally, while also saying I'm not doing this for the reward, I'm not doing this because someone told me to, I'm doing this for me. In the end Locus realized what he's done so he plans to make things right, but not from inside a cell.

4. Heckyl (Power Rangers: Dino Super Charge): Like many in Dino Charge & Super Charge, Heckyl desired to acquire the Energems. But Millions of years ago, his planet Sentai 6 was attacked by Lord Arcanon so he can gain the Dark Energem, Heckyl tried to protect it from getting into the hands of evil. But eventually it turned Heckyl evil and gave him another Dark Personality / Form known as Snide. That is until Millions of years later, Heckyl was separated from Snide and remembers what Arcanon has done to his home. He encounters the Rangers when they come across his home, explaining that he is no longer a threat due to the Dark Energem's evil no longer being in him due to him regaining his memories before Sledge's return shortly. He later steps in to save the Rangers, earning their trust. When Snide makes a last attempt to kill the Rangers, Heckyl offers assistance in putting an end to his dark half forever. He helps the Rangers prevent Sledge from tearing the Earth apart by destroying the Dark Energem to unlock the Energems true power. However, this creates a black hole that swallows Sledge's ship and the Earth. To save Earth, Heckyl joins the Rangers into a journey to the past. Arriving at the beginning of the events of Powers from the Past, Heckyl assists the Rangers in slaying the past incarnation of Sledge's Crew. Giving Sledge a punishment worthy of his crimes, Heckyl ties the now-giant bounty hunter to his own ship, which the Rangers program to fly into the sun, destroying them. As the Rangers are returned to their proper times, Heckyl is given the honor of becoming a Keeper, and with Zenowing's help, is sent back to before when the evil Lord Arcanon attacked Sentai 6 in his search for the Dark Energem.

5. Diabolico (Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue): Diabolico is a demon who just wanted to get their homeland back from the humans, and was one of Lightspeed Rescue's recurring enemies. But after Queen Bansheera betrayed his allies by absorbing Vypra & forcing him to kill his true friend Loki, Diabolico had enough. He turned against both Bansheera & Olympius with every force of willpower he had. And during the end, while he was in Spirit Form, he both saved Carter and dragged Queen Bansheera into the Shadow World, exacting his final revenge on her while she was being torn apart by enraged demons.

6. Felonious Gru (Despicable Me): After being overshadowed by another villain who stole the Great Pyramid of Giza, Gru decided to pull the greatest theft in his career, by stealing The Moon. In doing so he would be the Greatest Villain of All Time. Although he's no better when he fake adopts three orphan girls to help him steal a Shrink Ray from Victor "Vector" Perkins. But after rescuing the girls from another villain, he decided to change his ways to become a good guy.

7. Megamind (Megamind): Megamind was the Main Villain of the film, but after defeating his Arch-Nemesis, Metro Man, Megamind started to to lose his purpose in life. So he decided to create a new hero so he can have everything back the way it was. But because of his creation & corruption of his new hero Tighten and the incidental endangerment of his Love Interest Roxanne Ritchi, he decided to change his ways. But when he does come around to the side of good, he saves his city by defeating Tighten and becoming Metro City's New Hero.

8. Regina Mills (Once Upon A Time): Many Years Ago, Regina was nicknamed The Evil Queen. Of which she enacted her curse by killing her father, of which her curse caused many in the Enchanted Forest to both lose their memories & everyone stopped aging. Many Years Later, after Regina's Curse was ended, she was trying to prove that she would no longer be the Evil Queen such as not using her magic. Some time later, Regina proved that she was a hero by help saving her friends and family from enemies such as Pan, Zelena, Hades and Isaac Heller.

9. Leonard Snart / Captain Cold (The Flash Season 2 & Legends of Tomorrow Season 1): Leonard Snart is one of the greatest thieves on Earth and was of Barry Allen aka The Flash. In 2015, Snart and Barry reached a truce where Barry would let Snart continue his heists, as long as he didn't kill anyone in the process and didn't expose his identity to anyone, and became an occasional ally of his. When he was recruited to join The Legends in the quest to save Rip's Family and the Future, Leonard still had a personal goal being stealing wealthy items of the past and changing his fate. But by the penultimate episode of Legends of Tomorrow Season 1, when the Legends were in danger of being killed by the Time Masters in the Vanishing Point, after learning they were in league with Vandal Savage, Snart sacrificed himself to save his friends and destroy the Time Masters, ending their corruption, while also stealing a kiss from Sara and saying his last words of which I think would be iconic, "There Are No Strings On Me".

10. Dagur the Deranged (Dragons: Race to the Edge Season 2): Dagur's a psychotic villain who gets fixated on certain things such as taking over the Archipelago, controlling the Skrill and killing Hiccup. Dagur made his brief appearance in one episode of Dragons: Riders of Berk, that is until he became the Main Villain in both the second half of Defenders of Berk and the First Season of Race to the Edge. After finding out that Heather was his sister, in the end of Season 2 he was starting to change from Deranged Villain into becoming a Hero. To prove he was, he saved Heather from almost being executed by Viggo's Men, saved Hiccup & Toothless from Dragon Hunters and seemingly sacrificing himself to prevent Heather, Hiccup and the rest of the Dragon Riders from taking on a suicide mission. Soon later he becomes both a friend and ally to Berk.

11. Killian Jones / Captain Hook (Once Upon A Time): Killian was one Once Upon A Time's Recurring Villains, that is until he went to Neverland with several others to save Henry from Peter Pan. Eventually he redeems his past and soon married Emma Swan by around the end of Season 6.

12. The Grinch (Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas): The Grinch is a miserable creature who hates Christmas, who steals gifts from Lovable Townspeople of Whoville. But he has a change of heart after hearing the citizens caroling without any presents. In fact his heart grows three sizes and his new spirit performed new feats of physical strength. He even apologizes to the town and for once he enjoyed spending Christmas.

13. Gajeel Redfox (Fairy Tail): Gajeel was a member of a Rival Guild known as Phantom Lord, and was one of their five S-Class Wizards. Of which they were jealous that their guild were becoming equals, so he was sent to declare their declaration of war to Fairy Tail by sending iron spikes to destroy Fairy Tail's Guild Hall, beaten Levy, Jet & Droy then chained to a tree in a crucifixion-esque style, and branding the mark of Phantom Lord onto Levy's stomach. Afterwards the war was started between Fairy Tail and Phantom Lord. But after his fight with Natsu, sometime has passed and eventually Gajeel joined Fairy Tail & gained everyone's trust by helping Fairy Tail fight against some of their enemies such as Grimoire Heart, King Faust, Future Rogue's Dragon Invasion and Tartaros.

14. Alvin the Treacherous (Dragons: Defenders of Berk): Surprising to know a villain with the name Treacherous could become good. But after in parts of the events that Dagur thought he killed Alvin with the Skrill and took over Outcast Island, Alvin returned to Berk to help Stoick & Hiccup to fight against Dagur and take back his island. After his former friend Stoick was captured by Dagur, he teams up with Hiccup to save him. In the end, Alvin became good & the Outcasts are now allies to Berk.

15. Karai (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012): Karai was the daughter to Oroku Saki aka The Shredder, and was his second in command until Tiger Claw appeared. That is until she found out that she is actually the daughter to Hamato Yoshi aka Master Splinter. Afterwards she fought against Shredder until she was infected by a Brain Worm which brainwashed her into becoming evil again, until she removed the worm from her brain. She soon then started to rebuild the Foot Clan back to its former glory, before Shredder tainted the clans honor.
