Description This is Freddie Mercury the lead singer from Queen. He had the most amazing voice and creative lyrics. He had a great stage presence, and he lives on through his music.

This was done in Graphite with a regular 0.7 mechanical pencil and 3B pencil. It took 3 days on and off. I spent about 2 hours each day on it.

If you have any tips on how to perfect it please do tell

the thumb. make shadows happen. it probably just didn't have much shadow in the photo but it doesn't come through like that here. like tara (sp?) said. exaggerate shadows there?

Eyes are spot on. Spot on.
The textures are great and so are the tones.
the only problem I see is the thumb, maybe you could exaggerate the shading on there.
either way, it's so damn good.
