I like the shading and the posture. This legionnaire looks a little stressed because of his face an the tightened shoulders. You have also made a great job an the helmet. Great details, bravo!

I would imagine this to be found amongst some ancient artwork from the Roman empire. Very nice detail on the helmet. In looking for imperfections I cannot say there are any directly to be noticed, the shoulders would look amazing I'm sure once completed (I didn't look for a complete form if you already did it). I am almost entranced admiring this fantastic piece. I believe if done as a full body, you could easily place this in a museum and pass as something several hundred years old ^_^ Keep up the good work!

nice style and great detail on the helmet and armor. finishing out the pic in color or something would be cool. maybe adding a border to make it more in theme of the time period even. but overall great job, good rendering
