This is an OC I decided to make for a college friend of mine. I just did it because she's a good friend. Her name is Victoria, which is this character's name.

In 'Chaeon Tales', Victoria is a gifted singer and practicing mage. She became quite the singing sensation in her hometown, and is now a pop idol that circles all of Mobius. She ends up being Ellie Craft's (Magical Doremi) pop idol rival, but they are great friends otherwise. Victoria's magic skills are strong, but she rather not fight if given the choice. Her powers are star magic, like sending a storm of shining stars at her opponent.

Attitude, she's quirky, and always likes to smile. Apart from her singing career, she rarely takes things seriously. She does miss her hometown from time to time, and honestly wants true friends with her, to which Ellie and her friends became so.
